Editorial Policies

The Journal of Leadership in Sport and Management is committed to transparent, rigorous, and ethical scholarly publishing. The journal’s editorial policies are designed to support research integrity, fair peer review, editorial independence, responsible authorship, and clear post-publication procedures.

The policies available in this section cover the journal’s peer review and editorial process, publication ethics and research integrity, authorship and conflicts of interest, corrections and retractions, open access and licensing, data transparency and artificial intelligence, as well as journal governance and publishing practices.

These policies are developed in accordance with internationally recognized standards for scholarly publishing, including the principles and good practices promoted by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).

Open Access, Copyright, Licensing and Fees
JLSM operates as a Diamond Open Access journal. Authors retain copyright, articles are published under the CC BY 4.0 licence, and no submission or publication fees are charged.
