Call for papers

The Journal of Leadership in Sport and Management (JLSM) invites researchers, scholars, and practitioners to submit original manuscripts for forthcoming issues. The journal welcomes high-quality empirical studies, theoretical papers, and review articles that address contemporary issues in sport leadership and management.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, leadership theories in sport, organizational management, talent development, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and innovation in the sport industry. JLSM aims to bridge theory and practice by publishing research with clear practical implications.

All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer-review process. Authors are encouraged to consult the Author Guidelines prior to submission.
